Now that you know about videoblogging, or vlogging, it’s time to take your videos to the next level. Video podcasts, or vodcasts, is not to be confused with regular VOD (video on demand), which is for film and TV content, though both are technically videos on demand. To create a vodcast, you need to upload your video file to a server and create an XML file so that iTunes will be able to locate and play it. Putting your vodcast in iTunes makes it accessible and easy to subscribe to and download. In effect, you can use your turn your vlog videos into a vodcast as long as the feed is turned on.
